Whistleblower and Compliance

At Clyype®, we are committed to upholding the highest ethical and legal standards. Our Whistleblower Channel is designed for you to request information, seek advice, or report any situation that may contravene our Code of Conduct and internal regulations, potentially constituting unlawful or criminal acts.

Subject of complaints

Inquiries or complaints may cover possible criminal, civil, commercial, administrative, and tax violations attributable to the legal entity. Specifically, they may include:

Behaviors contrary to the principles and rules of conduct established in our Code of Ethics and internal regulations.
Criminal offenses listed in the Penal Code that may imply criminal liability for Clyype®, such as discovery and disclosure of secrets, data protection, fraud, punishable insolvency, computer damage, among others.
